Service Contract

The following contract and it’s terms will be set forth an agreement between Still Memories Photo Booth and the Renter.  This contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.  This contract is considered “signed” and fully legal upon the deposit and reservation of the event date.


Service Period

A representative of Still Memories will arrive approximately 1 hour before the service period begins for setup.  If the client would like us to arrive earlier than this time it must be agreed upon by both parties.  If Still Memories is unable to come more than the standard 1 hour prior it does not affect or cancel this contract.  Provider agrees to have the photo booth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period; occasionally, operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the booth.  In the event of a prolonged maintenance of the booth, Provider agrees to extend the service period as necessary to make up for the time lost or to apply a prorated refund to the Client.  Any services in excess of the invoiced amount will be billed at an additional rate of $150 per hour.  Printer malfunctions do sometimes occur.  If the printer fails to print on site the Provider agrees to provide a website (free of charge) for the Client to access their images within 1 week of the original service date.  Provider will also refund the Client $50 for the inconvenience.  



A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due in order to reserve the date.  The remaining amount is due 14 (full) days in advance of the client’s event date.  Payments can be made via Pay-Pal.  If payment is not received 14 days prior to your event the services by Still Memories will not be rendered and all payments received will be forfeited.


Access, Space & Power

Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at the event’s venue.  Client is responsible for providing power for the photo booth.  The booth requires a 110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 25 feet (along a wall) of the setup area.  The circuit must be free of all other connected loads.  Any delay in performance or damage to the booth equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the client.  Also, if the booth is not on a main floor or we do not have access to an elevator a fee may be charged for a 2nd attendant for setup and teardown.


Service Discontinuation

Provider reserves the right to discontinue service at any such time during the event that the photo booth attendant or Provider feels the integrity or safety of the Provider and/or equipment is compromised.  Examples would include:  Misuse of the booth or props or weather related causes.  In the event services are discontinued Client will not receive a refund in part or in full.


Model Releases

Client agrees to, and understands the following:

All guests using the booth herby give to Still Memories the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits of any photo booth user who may be included in tact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for Illustrative, art, promotion, advertising, trade or any other purpose.

Damage to Providers Equipment

Client acknowledges responsibility for damage or loss to the equipment caused by : Any misuse of the equipment by the client or guests, or by any theft or destruction of equipment including by not limited to props, camera, computer and printer by Client or it’s guests.


Virtual Backgrounds

Still Memories utilized green screen for some of our background images.  The successful use of this feature depends on several factors outside of Providers control.  In the even the photo booth attendant determines the quality of the photos being take do not meet our high standard, the use of the green screen will be immediately discontinued and another available background will be used.  


Miscellaneous Terms

If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract Law, that 

provision, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall no affect the validity of remaining
